Helping Runners Train Smarter, Stay Strong, and Cross Finish Lines with Confidence

I’m Mireille Siné, a certified running and strength coach specializing in supporting runners, from beginners to marathoners, who want a training plan that truly fits their life, health, and goals.

Running has always been part of my life: from sprinting in high school track to completing 13+ full marathons, ultras, and iconic expeditions like Boston to NYC (200 miles in 11 days) and The Speed Project (LA to Vegas).

In college, a degree in Exercise Science introduced me to the mechanics and mindset of running. Later, a Lupus diagnosis reshaped my path and I learned to transform setbacks into strengths. Now, as an autoimmune athlete myself, I guide others through whole-person coaching that honors both their aspirations and their bodies.

My Coaching Philosophy

Personalized & Sustainable
Every plan is tailored to your schedule, goals, and health journey—no cookie-cutter templates.

  1. Run + Strength Fusion
I integrate strength training to boost performance, reduce injury risk, and build resilience.

  2. Recovery & Balance First
My approach centers on smart progression, not punishment, keeping you moving long term.

  3. Support That Goes Beyond Plans

Personal Side

(Why It Matters)

When I'm not coaching or logging miles, you’ll find me connecting with fellow runners on Instagram, IRL runs, or crafting helpful content to make training feel joyful and sustainable. Coaching goes beyond workouts for me - it’s about community, empowerment, and celebrating strength in every form.
