i coach ATHLETES WHO WANT MORE OUT OF THEIR RUNNING JOURNEY.

why i built this coaching practice

In 2013, I was diagnosed with Lupus. Suddenly, my relationship with running changed. The diagnosis was a shock to my body and my entire way of living. As someone who played sports all her life and was finally starting to fall in love with long distance running, starting over was harder than I could’ve expected.

Because I didn’t know any other runners with my diagnosis and my doctor’s couldn’t tell me how to proceed with exercise - I had to learn how to train through fatigue manage flare-ups, and listen to my body in new ways. The journey was far from linear but that experience transformed me from a runner into an advocate.

I became a certified run coach and public health professional because I wanted to help other runners and autoimmune athletes do what I've done: continue pursuing their running & movement goals while taking excellent care of their health.

Today, I work with athletes of all levels, including athletes navigating conditions like Lupus, Hashimoto’s, RA, Crohn’s, and more. I also coach first-timers to marathoners chasing PRs — who want personalized, compassionate coaching that meets them where they are.
