What if I have a flare during the program?

Great question - this is exactly what the program is designed with flexibility built in.

Your training plan isn’t set in stone. If you’re managing an autoimmune condition, dealing with an injury, or just having a rough week, we’ll adjust your plan together.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize early warning signs that your body needs rest

  • Modify workouts based on how you’re feeling

  • Train with your body, not against it

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s progress. And I’ll be there to support you through the hard days.

I’m a beginner runner. Is this for me?

Absolutely.

Start Line Lab is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re brand new to running or training for your 10th race.

Your training plan will be customized to YOUR fitness level. That means:

  • Beginners won’t be overwhelmed

  • Experienced runners won’t be bored

  • Everyone gets a plan that challenged them appropriately

Can I make adjustments to my training schedule during the program?

Yes!

Life happens. Work gets busy. Kids get sick. Your body needs rest.

Your training plan is a guide, not a prison sentence.

If you need to move a workout, skip a day, or adjust the volume, we’ll make it work. You’ll have direct access to me throughout the program to make changes as needed.

The whole point is to create a sustainable training approach, not to stress you out.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of the program (custom training plans + small cohort size), all sales are final once enrollment closes.

However, if something comes up and you need to withdraw before the program starts (March 3, 2026), we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

How is this different from 1:1 coaching?

Hi, I’m Mireille!

I’m a USATF Level 1 certified running coach, 80/20 Endurance certified, and AIP Certified Coach - and I’ve completed 14 marathons while managing lupus.

I know what it’s like to love running but feel uncertain about whether your body can handle it.
