I am committed to my athlete’s enjoyment through consistent communication and elevation through education.

When I say I coach with a balanced approach to running and life, I mean that! You’ve got plenty of things to attend to and training is all about figuring out the puzzle pieces. Running should fit into and add to your life. In order to do that, I’m proud to say that I help athletes:

*Dream - figure out where you want to go with running (the sky is the limit!)

*Train - using science backed approaches and training philosophies

*Achieve - by empowering, encouraging, and skillfully guiding athletes to the start (and finish) line

COACHING SERVICES

  • 1:1 Coaching

    Onboarding & Goal Setting Goal (include walk through of training app)

    Personalized & flexible training plan on free training platform

    Daily/Weekly workout feedback on training app

    Bi-monthly check in calls

    Athlete Education (pacing, nutrition, mindset, etc) includes access to group calls

    Pre race strategy call and post race recap call

    One in person run per month if local to Los Angeles

    Constant support and accountability from me!

  • Custom Training Plan

    One time, customized training plan for distances from 5k to 50k

    Includes one mid-way check in call which can also serve as a race strategy call. This call is also an opportunity to make changes to some part of the remaining plan, otherwise the training plan is fixed.

    Hands off option for athletes who do not want personalized attention from coach .

  • Athlete Consultation Call

    Sometimes you don't need the detailed training plan. Sometimes you just have a question or two about running and training and want to pick the brain of a coach. I'm here for it! Please complete the form below with some initial information and I will reach out to schedule a call.

  • In-Person Form Consultation

    These sessions are for athletes local to Los Angeles as I do not offer virtual running sessions. After a warm up jog, I will review your running form and provide tips and adjustments specific to your goas.
