  • Using the Athlete Questionnaire, I get to learn about your athletic history, current fitness, health background, past running experience, & goals. This helps me create a plan that is custom to YOU and your current needs and abilities.

  • I will provide regular and timely workout comments on your training so that you have adequate feedback and information to keep working towards your goals.

    Monthly 30 minute one-on-one phone or video calls.

    Unlimited emails/texts and Training Peaks access.

  • PACE Coaching includes a group monthly strength program. PRO Coaching includes a personalized monthly strength training program

    Strength Program includes instructional videos & coach instructions

    Nutrition strategies & suggestions for pre, during, and post run fueling. For more detailed nutrition information, I can refer you to a registered dietician.

  • Your training plan is delivered via a coach-paid Training Peaks Premium account. Your workouts will also be synced to your Garmin, Coros, Apple, Suunto, or Polar watch for a seamless transition. Every 2 weeks, I will upload your personalized training schedule structured to fit your goals AND schedule. And because life happens (school, work, travel, illness, etc), I will provide you with schedule adjustments & training modifications to better support you.
