Chron’s, and more. I understand what it means to train around flare-ups, fatigue, and the unpredictability of a body that doesn’t follow a schedule. You’ll get coaching that honors all of that.

  • Custom training plan synced to your GPS watch (Garmin, Coros, Apple, Suunto, or Polar)

  • Premium TrainingPeaks Athlete Account — your training hub, all in one place

  • Weekly training feedback (2x–3x per week) with detailed comments on your workouts

  • Monthly 30-minute 1:1 coaching call

  • Unlimited texts and emails — you're never more than a message away

  • Strength training (2x/week) included in every plan

  • Race strategy planning and post-race debrief

  • Nutrition and fueling guidance

  • Plan adjustments for life — travel, illness, work, flare-ups — because life happens

Optional Add-Ons:

Every athlete is different. Some want more frequent touchpoints. Some want a strength plan that goes deeper. Two add-ons are available to customize your experience:

  • Biweekly Calls (+$30/month): Upgrade your monthly call to biweekly 30-minute sessions for more frequent check-ins, real-time adjustments, and a closer coaching relationship.

  • Custom Strength Plan (+$45/month): A fully personalized monthly strength training program built specifically for you — your goals, your schedule, your available equipment. Updated each month as you progress

Pricing & Commitment

Coaching is available on a 3, 6, 9, or 12-month commitment. The longer you commit, the more you save — because the best results come from consistent, long-term training. A one-time onboarding fee of $75 applies to all new clients.

I'm a USATF Level 1, 80/20 Endurance, and AIP Certified running coach. I've run 14 marathons. And I have lupus.

I tell you that not because it's a selling point, but because it shapes every coaching decision I make. I know what it's like to build a training plan around a body that doesn't always cooperate.   • Using the Athlete Questionnaire, I get to learn about your athletic history, current fitness, health background, past running experience, & goals. This helps me create a plan that is custom to YOU and your current needs and abilities.

  • I will provide regular and timely workout comments on your training so that you have adequate feedback and information to keep working towards your goals.

    Monthly 30 minute one-on-one phone or video calls.

    Unlimited emails/texts and Training Peaks access.

  • Strength Program includes instructional videos & coach instructions

    Nutrition strategies & suggestions for pre, during, and post run fueling. For more detailed nutrition information, I can refer you to a registered dietician.

  • Your training plan is delivered via a coach-paid Training Peaks Premium account. Your workouts will also be synced to your Garmin, Coros, Apple, Suunto, or Polar watch for a seamless transition. Every 2 weeks, I will upload your personalized training schedule structured to fit your goals AND schedule. And because life happens (school, work, travel, illness, etc), I will provide you with schedule adjustments & training modifications to better support you.

  • Pre-race plan & strategy as well as post-race analysis with feedback.

  • Not at all. While I specialize in coaching runners with autoimmune conditions, I welcome all runners regardless of health background. My science-backed, recovery-focused approach benefits any athlete who wants to train smarter and stay consistent.

  • The base 1:1 coaching plan includes everything you need to train effectively — custom plan, weekly feedback, strength training, monthly call, and unlimited communication. The add-ons are for athletes who want more. Biweekly calls give you more frequent touchpoints with your coach. The custom strength plan goes beyond the standard 2x/week programming to build a fully individualized strength program tailored to your specific goals and equipment. You can add one or both.

  • Yes. Add-ons can be added or removed at the start of a new month. Commitment length is set at enrollment, but if you decide to extend, you'll receive the longer-commitment discount going forward.

  • We build flexibility into every plan from day one. Life happens — whether that's a flare, an illness, travel, or just a hard week at work. We adjust, we adapt, and we keep moving forward at whatever pace your body needs right now.
