I've been running for 15+ years, completed 14 marathons and 5 ultramarathons. I even ran from Boston to NYC — 200 miles in 11 days. I also live with Lupus. I don't just understand what you're navigating. I've run through it.

Hi, I'm Mireille! I’m a certified run coach, endurance athlete, and lupus warrior. I hold a BS in Exercise Science, an MPH, and certifications as a USATF Level 1 Run Coach, 80/20 Endurance Coach, and AIP Certified Coach. I've been running for 15+ years, completed 14 marathons and 5 ultramarathons, and I coach from lived experience because I've navigated every hard training day, every flare, and every finish line with an autoimmune condition.
