Online run coach for all runners + specializing in autoimmune athletes
Whether you're chasing a PR, training for your first race, or managing a health condition like Lupus or Hashimoto's — I'll build a personalized training plan that works with your body and your real life. I am based in Los Angeles and I coach athletes virtually worldwide.
You’re in the right place if:
You want to get faster and stronger, but every generic plan ignores what your body actually needs.
You’ve tried to figure it out alone and you’re ready for someone in your corner.
You’ve been sidelined by injury, illness, or life, and you’re ready to come back smarter.
You’ve been told to slow down, take it easy, or stop running altogether — and you’re not ready to accept that.
You’ve felt too complicated for other coaches. Too sick to be an athlete, too athletic to be sick.
What changes when you work with a coach who gets it:
You finish races — not just start them. Half marathons, marathons, and distances you weren’t sure were still possible.
You build real strength that carries you through training and across finish lines.
You stop losing fitness to injuries and setbacks — because your plan accounts for them before they happen.
You run more consistently than you ever have, and you actually feel good doing it.
1:1 Run Coaching - Strong Strides System
Every athlete gets a custom training plan built on the Strong Strides System — personalized, periodized, and designed to adapt when life doesn’t go to plan. You’ll also get weekly feedback, strength programming, race strategy, and nutrition guidance from a coach who adjusts when your body or schedule requires it.
Best For:
First-time racers building consistency and confidence
Runners chasing PRs, BQs, or new distances
Autoimmune athletes who need a plan that honors their whole health
Anyone who wants expert coaching that actually adapts to real life
The Four Pillars of the Strong Strides System:
Pillar 1 — Smart Load Management
A personalized, periodized training plan matched to your life load — work, family, stress, and schedule. Weekly adjustments keep progress consistent without tipping into overtraining.
Pillar 2 — Injury Prevention
Scheduled checkpoints to spot early warning signs before they become setbacks. When something flags, we adjust fast. You stay moving, not sidelined.
Pillar 3 — Strength and Mobility
Targeted strength and mobility work to bulletproof the weak spots most runners don’t address until they’re already injured. Your mileage builds on a resilient foundation, not a fragile one.
Pillar 4 — Fueling and Race-Day Execution
A dialed-in fueling strategy and race-day plan so you run your race, not your fears. Pacing, nutrition timing, and mental execution — all practiced before it counts.
Pricing:
6 Month Commitment — $250/month ($1,500 total)
12 Month Commitment — $225/month ($2,700 total & you save $540)

What athletes Are Saying
"I went from not being able to run a mile without being really out of breath to completing the Rose Bowl Half Marathon and the Los Angeles Marathon. Every week was detailed, easy to follow, and any questions I had were answered right away. Overall, the best investment I have ever made. I feel more powerful, more motivated, and I finally really like running."
— Half Marathon & Marathon Finisher"After having a baby in August, I wasn't running at all and wasn't sure how to get back into it safely. Just ten months later, I not only completed a marathon but achieved a 20-minute personal record. Mireille understood exactly what my body needed as a new mom getting back into running, and her programming reflected that expertise. I can't recommend her highly enough."
— Half Marathon PR & Marathon PR"From the very beginning, I have felt supported in my run journey. From being able to do the most to having to pivot when my life changed, you have been there every step of the way. The accountability is necessary for me and really helpful. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with a coach who was so intentional with me and my life."

I’ve Got Answers!
-
A generic training plan can’t adapt when your body doesn’t cooperate. Personalized coaching means fewer wasted training cycles, fewer injuries, and a plan that actually gets you to the start line. Most athletes who’ve worked with a coach say they wish they’d started sooner.
-
That’s exactly what I coach for. Your plan adapts when life does — a flare, a bad week, or a shift in your schedule isn’t a failure, it’s data. We adjust and keep moving.
-
Coaches aren’t just for elite athletes. Whether you’re running your first 5K or your tenth marathon, personalized coaching meets you exactly where you are. You don’t have to earn your way into needing support.
-
Experience is great. But even experienced runners have blind spots — in their training load, their recovery, their strength work. A coach sees what you can’t see when you’re in it.
-
You don’t need more hours — you need smarter ones. Coaching works around your schedule, not the other way around. Most athletes train 4–6 hours a week and still hit big goals.
