Online run coach for all runners + specializing in autoimmune athletes

As Seen In:

You’re in the right place if:

· You’ve been told to slow down, take it easy, or stop running altogether — and you’re not ready to accept that.

· You’ve felt too complicated for other coaches. Too sick to be an athlete, too athletic to be sick.

· You’ve been sidelined by injury, illness, or life, and you’re ready to come back smarter.

· You’ve tried to figure it out alone and you’re ready for someone in your corner.

· You want to get faster and stronger, but every generic plan assumes you’re starting from zero — or ignores your health entirely.

What changes when you work with a coach who gets it:

· You stop second-guessing every workout and start trusting your plan.

· You cross finish lines you weren’t sure were still possible.

· You get stronger, faster, and more consistent — without burning out or breaking down.

· You feel supported every step of the way — especially on the hard days.

1:1 Run Coaching

For runners with big goals, I build personalized training plans built around your goals, your schedule, and your body. I also specialize in working with autoimmune athletes — because managing lupus, Hashimoto’s, RA, or IBD while training for a race requires a coach who understands the full picture. As a certified AIP practitioner and autoimmune athlete myself, I build plans that reduce inflammation, protect against flare-ups, and help you perform at your best.

Here’s how we do it:

  1. Assess & personalize: A deep dive into your fitness, health history, and goals before we build anything.

  2. Train smarter, not harder: Science-backed run training plans that improve performance without overtraining.

  3. Strength for runners: Customized strength programming to reduce injury risk and improve efficiency.

  4. Race with confidence: Whether it’s a 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon, you’ll show up ready

Hi, I’m Mireille!

Mireille Sine, run coach and lupus athlete, smiling indoors

Running is more than logging miles — it's about health, strength, and showing up for yourself.

As a USATF Level 1 Run Coach, 80/20 Endurance Coach, and AIP Certified Nutrition Coach with a BS in Exercise Science and an MPH, I work with two kinds of athletes:

  • All runners — from first-time 5K finishers to road and trail athletes chasing big goals

  • Autoimmune athletes — navigating Lupus, Hashimoto's, RA, IBD, or another condition while training

I've been running for 15+ years, completed 14 marathons and 3 ultramarathons, and became the first Black woman to run from Boston to NYC — 200 miles in 11 days. I also live with Lupus. I don't just understand what you're navigating. I've run through it.

What athletes Are Saying

"I went from not being able to run a mile without being really out of breath to completing the Rose Bowl Half Marathon and the Los Angeles Marathon. Every week was detailed, easy to follow, and any questions I had were answered right away. Overall, the best investment I have ever made. I feel more powerful, more motivated, and I finally really like running."

"After having a baby in August, I wasn't running at all and wasn't sure how to get back into it safely. Just ten months later, I not only completed a marathon but achieved a 20-minute personal record. Mireille understood exactly what my body needed as a new mom getting back into running, and her programming reflected that expertise. I can't recommend her highly enough."

— Half Marathon PR & Marathon PR

"From the very beginning, I have felt supported in my run journey. From being able to do the most to having to pivot when my life changed, you have been there every step of the way. The accountability is necessary for me and really helpful. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with a coach who was so intentional with me and my life."
