coach-to-coach consults
For the coaches with an athlete they want to better serve.
This is for you if…
You have an athlete managing a chronic condition. You’re a good coach, that’s not the problem. The problem is that nothing in your certification covered what to do when a solid training block gets undone by a flare, or when the same workout lands fine one week and flattens them the next, or when “cleared to run” is the entirety of what the medical team gave you.
So you get careful. You pull back load you’re not sure needs pulling back. You avoid the build you think they might be ready for. And your athlete ends up training under a ceiling that has more to do with your uncertainty than their capacity.
Let’s fix that, together.
what i do
I coach runners, all kinds, and I’ve built a specialty around athletes managing chronic and autoimmune conditions. It’s the work that I know best: how load and symptoms interact, where the real limits are versus the ones that just look like limits, and how to build a season that holds up when the body doesn’t cooperate on schedule.
These consults are that knowledge, made available to you.
I’m not coaching your athlete. You stay their coach — you know them, you have the relationship, you make the calls. I’m the person you check your thinking against.
two ways to work together
Live Consult - $200
A 45-60 minute call, plus a written summary you keep. You send a detailed intake first, so I arrive already knowing the case and we spend the whole hour on what to actually do. Afterwards you get it in writing: the adjustments I’d make and in what order, what to monitor, and the red flags that mean send them back to their medical team.
Best for: a case that’s complicated, evolving, or one where you want to think out loud with someone.
Async Case Review- $150
No call. You send a thorough intake, I send back a full written review with 3-5 business days. Same substance, same deliverable, on your schedule instead of a shared calendar.
Best for: a focused case with up to three specific questions, or a coach whose calendar makes a call more trouble than it’s worth.
Not sure which? Book the call. It’s $50 more and you’ll get more out of it.
How It Works
Pick your format and complete it. It’s detailed on purpose; most coaches tell me the form alone clarified something.
Complete your invoice and schedule your time if it’s a live call.
We meet, or I write.
You get the written follow-up, and you go coach your athlete.
What this isn’t
I consult on training and programming, not medicine. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or override anything an athlete’s medical team has put in place. If a case falls outside what I can responsibly advise on without having assessed the athlete myself, I’ll say so directly rather than guess. Your athlete’s providers remain the authority on their health. Everything you share stays confidential.
Who’s Writing this
I'm Mireille Sine. I hold an MPH (Masters in Public Health), a BS in Exercise Science, and I'm certified through USATF, 80/20 Endurance, and as an AIP Nutrition Coach. I’ve been quoted in Runner's World and authored a module for the Feisty Endurance Certification Course.
Mostly, though, I've spent years in the specific work of coaching athletes whose bodies don't follow the plan — and I'd rather more coaches were good at it than keep it to myself.
