I work with beginner to experienced runners - whether you're training for your first 5K or aiming for a marathon PR. I also specialize in helping runners who live with autoimmune conditions.
Do I need to be fast or experienced to work with you?
Absolutely not. My coaching is for all paces and backgrounds. If you’re committed to your health and progress, I’m here to help you get there.
What’s included in your coaching packages?
Each coaching package includes a personalized running plan, strength training guidance, 1:1 check-ins, and ongoing support through email or text. You can get more information by visiting my 1:1 coaching page.
Can you help me if I have an autoimmune condition?
Yes! I specialize in coaching runners with autoimmune diseases like lupus, Hashimoto’s, or rheumatoid arthritis. My programs are designed to support your health while helping you reach your goals.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yep! All of my coaching services are fully online, so you can train from anywhere in the world.
What if I have a setback or flare-up during training?
We build flexibility into your plan. I understand how unpredictable autoimmune symptoms can be, and we adjust your training to honor your body.
How do you personalize your training plans?
I take into account your running history, current fitness, goals, lifestyle, and health conditions. No cookie-cutter plans—just what works for you.
Do I have to do strength training too?
While not mandatory, strength training is highly encouraged—it helps improve running economy, prevent injuries, and support long-term health.
What equipment do I need for strength workouts?
Most plans can be done with bodyweight or minimal equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands. I’ll tailor the program to what you have access to.
